TMS Debate Teams Shine at World
Scholar’s Cup Regional Round

Congratulations to all three TMS debate teams for their outstanding performance at the World Scholar’s Cup Regional Round in Jakarta, held from May 3–5, 2025! Out of over a thousand teams, our students soared to the top—placing in the Top 6, Top 20, and Top 34 for Team Debate Champions, and in the Top 11 and 12 for Team Writing Champions.

Individually, all our students were recognized among the best, earning 6 silver and 3 gold medals in the Challenge Subjects, and placing in the Top 7, Top 20, and Top 27 in the Youngest Champion Scholars category. Additionally, they ranked in the Top 31 and Top 35 for Individual Writing Champions, and one student earned a spot in the Top 9 for Individual Debate Champions!

Through their relentless dedication, determination, and teamwork, our nine incredible students brought home a total of 62 medals and proudly secured their place in the WSC Global Round as gold and silver qualifiers!
