• Experience working as a counselor in an school setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus).

Job Description:
• Provide individual counseling to students regarding academic, emotional, and personal issues.
• Support students in managing the challenges
• Implement and coordinate group counseling sessions on relevant topics such as stress management, time management, study skills, and mental health.
• Guide students through the IB curriculum, helping them choose subjects that align with their strengths and future goals.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, IB coordinators, and parents to support the overall development and well-being of students.
• Provide regular updates to parents on student progress and emotional well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend IB counselor training sessions as required.
