Counselor
Requirements & Detail

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Counseling. Master Degree in Psychology is a plus
•⁠ ⁠Experience working as a counselor in an school setting (preferred).
•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus).
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skill

Job Description:
•⁠ ⁠Provide individual counseling to students regarding academic, emotional, and personal issues.
•⁠ ⁠Support students in managing the challenges
•⁠ ⁠Implement and coordinate group counseling sessions on relevant topics such as stress management, time management, study skills, and mental health.
•⁠ ⁠Guide students through the IB curriculum, helping them choose subjects that align with their strengths and future goals.
•⁠ ⁠Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, IB coordinators, and parents to support the overall development and well-being of students.
•⁠ ⁠Provide regular updates to parents on student progress and emotional well-being.
•⁠ ⁠Participate in ongoing professional development and attend IB counselor training sessions as required.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of various art media, techniques, and curriculum development
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
•⁠ ⁠Passion for nurturing creativity and inspiring students to explore their artistic potential
•⁠ ⁠Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with a team of educators

•⁠ ⁠Highly enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
